3. Ticket image handling

A ticket image by itself does not allow a prize claim. Official lottery claims still require the original physical ticket.

5. Storage and retention
Data is stored on infrastructure used by SnapLotto to operate the service, including managed database and server storage. Ticket images and support uploads may be retained for operational review, support resolution, QA verification, backup, and compliance purposes.
Retention periods may change as storage policies are updated. SnapLotto may remove data that is no longer required for service operation, support, or verification.
